Kaipanee stands for ‘hand made’ in south Indian languages. Launched in 2020, by MEKR Projects, the ethos of the brand is an ode to Indian craftsmanship, where not so long ago technology and skill were intertwined to create beautiful sophisticated products sought after world over. Over the years, the skill remained however the technology was not upgraded. Our effort is to change this. We focus on high-skill hand-made floors but are laced with the best-in-class technology. This results in beautiful long lasting floors.
Our sister concern NKE Floors, has over 20 years of experience in finishing floors. With one of the largest infrastructures of floor finishing in South India, NKE’s expertise gives us the unique advantage of bringing the best finish to any decorative cementitious floor.

Why Us
At Kaipanee, we source the best raw materials from around the globe and make our own mixes. This gives us a unique advantage of fine-tuning the materials for optimum performance in Indian environments. Our Micro Concrete system is one of the hardest and most durable systems available currently. The terrazzo system developed is durable and eco friendly.

All our floors and walls are completely handmade. However, most of the mixers used are the best in class and imported from Germany. Good quality mixers play a huge role in the consistency of products made. Kaipanee can execute projects pan India.

We manufacture all our binders in our facilities. We have associations with leading material manufacturers globally. This gives us access to high-quality products and technical superiority.
We have one of the largest terrazzo polishing infrastructures in South India. Equipped with heavy duty floor grinders and ride-on power trowels, Kaipanee is capable of both large format and niche floors with ease and finish to perfection
Training
We invest heavily in training our team. At Kaipanee our focus is to invest in upskilling locally available teams at our training facility. We also have an apprenticeship program where we train labourers to become artisans. Our ethos is to share the skill and knowledge that our team has learned over the years, with our supervisory and execution team. This helps us improve the quality of delivery and also help us add value to their lives by improving their skill sets.

Laying & Polishing
Laying and polishing are highly underestimated in decorative concrete applications. It is usually considered only on the skill of the mason. However, it is a fine balance on the skill, tools & equipment, and training and sensitising the team. Training the masons and applicators, and educating them on the importance of every minor step is what brings the floor together. It is their hands that add warmth to the terrazzo or micro concrete surfaces. While their patience, keen care, and craftsmanship lead to a beautiful floor. It is only when this is laced with sophisticated technology, equipment, and deep material understanding do we have floors that have warmth but are also durable.
